Fees & Billing

We are a fully bulk billing practice for all patients with eligible Medicare cards.

Recent Medicare changes (from the 1st of November, 2025) have changed billing conditions to allow us to fully bulk bill all ages groups while providing the same level of detailed, patient-focused care.

Weekdays:

All appointments are bulk billed.

Saturdays:

All appointments are bulk billed.

If you have any questions regarding appointment cost please contact our reception team.

Private Fees

Our practice charges private fees for medical consumables and for patients without a Medicare card.

Our reception team will always strive to provide an accurate estimate of your appointment costs. However, please be aware that the final cost may vary depending on the treatment provided.

Face-to-face and equivalent telehealth appointments are billed at the same rate, as both offer the same level of medical expertise. This ensures you can choose the appointment type that best suits your needs.

Please note that your eligibility for bulk-billing or concession rates may depend on the time of day.
